Albana Kola
Board Chair
Albana Kola joined UTILIS ALBANIA with the vision and drive to improve our Non-Profit Organization and make our name synonymous with social change and human betterment. She has focused on developing the organization with great integrity. A graduate of the University of Arts in Tirana, Ms. Kola is a viola professional musician. From the year 2000 Ms. Kola plays professionally with the Symphony Orchestra of the Albanian Radio & Television. She has been an arts and music lecturer for 10 years, and has also had a concert activity in many countries around the world. Her personal contribution with Utilis Albania has focused on commitment to the rights of children. Ms. Kola chairs the board since 2012.
Tommy Kola
Program Director
Mr. Tommy Kola - Economist, Public Policy Expert. Mr. Kola has a long experience in corporate governance and also is an expert of public policy. Educated in Albania and the US he has a long experience in corporate management, and a long training expertise working for the US State Department. In Albania Mr. Kola has successfully headed and implemented several international (American and European) national and regional projects while in executive positions for the Albanian Government
Zamira Koleci
Board Member
Ms. Zamira Koleci - Journalist - Board MemberMs. Koleci started her career as a news caster in 1973 at the Public Radio Station. She has worked for over 40 years in this profession in various radio stations, standing out in her professionalism. Meanwhile, in the beginning of the ‘90s, in the first democratic government, she was the Albanian government spokesperson. She ended her professional career as the Director of Radio Tirana public radio station and as a lecturer at the School of Journalism at the Tirana University. Today in addition to writing, Ms. Koleci also engages in civil society causes.
Eno Dodbiba

Mr. Eno Dodbiba - Physicist and Environmental Engineer by trade
Mr. Dodbiba is an expert of ecosystems and biodiversity. He comes with a long experience in the field of environmental protection projects, especially conservation of water habitats and management of protected areas. His involvement with Utilis Albania dates back since 2012. Mr. Dodbiba has dedicated his work with U.A. to infrastructure and clean and drinking water projects in the remote and isolated villages mainly in the norththern part of the country, and has since been behind every success achieved in improving lives of thousands.
Alexander Cavo
Ex Officio Board Member, Legal Advisor
Mr. Alexander Cavo has been a Commercial Law lecturer. He has been a contributor to the organization's activities since 2012 in various positions. He has also served for several years as the Chief of Staff at the Department of Interior and the Department of Justice, and takes active part in Albanian legislation improvement, especially the one about people with disabilities. At present time Mr. Cavo is a full-time civil servant at the High Council of the Judiciary.
